Intake paperwork will be sent to you once your initial appointment is scheduled. Please complete it before your appointment. If you have not received the email, kindly notify us. If the intake paperwork is not completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, your initial appointment will be cancelled.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 2402531332 or email us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, or not showing up, will result in a missed appointment fee. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to the termination of services.
Do you accept insurance? Am I covered?
To find out if your insurance covers mental health services, start by contacting your insurance provider. Review your coverage thoroughly and ask the following questions:
- What mental health benefits does my insurance plan include?
- What is the coverage amount for each therapy session?
- How many therapy sessions are covered under my plan?
- What is the reimbursement rate for out-of-network providers?
- Is prior approval needed from my primary care provider?
- Does my plan include a deductible, and if so, what is the amount?
